Some of the best events in Barcelona take place in December; not only because of the traditional events of Christmas in Barcelona, but also some of the most international artists are giving a performance in the city and FC Barcelona are playing some of the most important games of La Liga and the Champions League. Posters of a time, of a country

French masters: Clark's collection

17 November to 12 February 2012: exhibition which gathers an exceptional collection of French paintings from the nineteenth century and beginning of the twentieth century in CaixaForum. FC Barcelona – Levante

FC Barcelona – FC Bate

Real Madrid – FC Barcelona

11 December: although the game is played in Santiago Bernabéu, it's an important event in Barcelona because people get together in bars and houses to see it. I recommend you book a table in a bar to see the game because bars get crowded 2 hours before these matches.

RIHANNA in concert

RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS in concert

FC Barcelona - Rayo Vallecano

Fira de Santa Llucia

3 to 23 December – this Christmas market kicks off the first Saturday of December and finishes on 23^rd December. You will see there the best caganers in Barcelona, among other things.
